Starting with a warmup at the Barre working the booty with various props followed by a workout on the Reformer .

Mat Pilates Class with a mix of classic and contemporary exercises, bodyweight Class occasionally incorporating weights and various Pilates equipment.
Reformer Pilates Reformer 45 minutes
Light, intermediate and advanced options given suitable for all fitness Levels
Reformer/Mat fusion 45 minutes
Half Reformer, Half Mat Pilates class. Experience a fusion of both and see the benefits. Traditional moves suitable for all fitness levels.

Reformer Pilates - Mums & Bubs Class
45 minute class
A gentle, fun, and supportive Reformer Pilates class for new mums with their babies up to 18 months. Focuses on postnatal recovery, core strengthening, posture, and bonding with your little one. Participation is safe once cleared by your GP if you have any health considerations, including postnatal return to exercise.
A gently invigorating, grounding yoga practice focused on mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment. Ideal for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class helps improve mobility, balance, and inner calm. Expect a balanced sequence of hatha yoga postures, gentle flows, seated stretches, and relaxation.

Hi, I’m Hava — the owner of Reform U Pilates. My background is in energy healing, yoga and meditation, which shaped my deep appreciation for the mind–body connection and the importance of moving with intention. This foundation naturally led me to Pilates, where strength, control and mindful movement come together in a powerful yet accessible way. My teaching style is calm, supportive and detail-focused. I place strong emphasis on alignment, breath and body awareness, creating classes that are inclusive, empowering and adaptable for all levels. I aim to help clients feel safe, confident and connected in their bodies, while sustainably building strength. At Reform U, my goal is to create a welcoming space where movement feels purposeful and supportive, allowing you to leave each class feeling stronger, more balanced and grounded.

My name is Sharon. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for about 12 Years. I’m qualified to teach Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Strong and Stable classes and am experienced in post and prenatal classes. I am very passionate about and love helping Clients achieve their goal keeping in mind their own capabilities and Fitness Levels. I teach a strong fitness style of Pilates, keeping in mind clients’ injuries, health concerns, age and capabilities. I have a great sense of humour and keep my classes fun and energetic. I’m a senior instructor, mother of 5, lover of all furry animals, coffee and Ice cream. Look forward to seeing you in one of my classes soon.

Hi, I’m Katie, a certified Pilates instructor with over two years of experience Instructing mat and reformer classes. I am passionate about movement in all forms, from building strength to enhancing flexibility and mobility. My approach to teaching Pilates has a strong focus on proper form and the foundational principles of Pilates. I also enjoy incorporating elements of contemporary movement to create a dynamic and engaging experience. Your class with me will either be slow controlled movements focusing on classic Pilates exercises or fast athletic exercises with music to match. 1990 dance music is my vibe and will be played in class often!
